City Axis Autumn 2014 Review

CityAxis has experienced a splendid recovery since Q1 2014.

Having maintained a strong team throughout the recent difficult recession years (post the October 2008 crash), we are delighted to report that we were very well prepared for the sudden market recovery in Q1, particularly in the Private and Free School Sectors.

Consequently, the pre summer months were spent in intensive bidding and contract preparation for a number of projects, leading into a very condensed Summer building spree.

This period saw us successfully complete approximately £10 Million worth of School Building projects (circa 1,500 student places), throughout London and Maidstone.

In conjunction with our school programme, we also completed a number of commercial projects in Central London and the Docklands area and presented a wonderful new Antiquities Gallery in Mayfair.

School projects:

Despite a scarcity of labour and materials created by a burgeoning market, CityAxis completed all projects successfully and in time for a fresh start of the new academic year.

At CityAxis we continue to develop our intensive pre-construction appraisal approach, which leads every time into a smooth construction phase with risk liability much reduced.

The CityAxis portfolio keeps on growing and we look forward to continuing our expansion into the education, commercial, retail and residential sectors.
