Bryanston Square School: (23,000 sq ft)
CityAxis are delighted to be working with developers Delancey on this West End private school project. Working closely with the Delancey design and PM team, CityAxis have commenced a full structural and subsequent complete refurbishment to Cat A and Cat B standards.
Due for completion: August 2009
CityAxis are currently working on the complete strip-out of the existing structural flooring of this building and the installation of a new steel beam and timber flooring structure to accommodate in-coming tenants.
