April 2011 newsletter

2011 has seen a surge in demand for commercial work following a very subdued 2010. The majority of CityAxis commercial work during 2011 has been conducted along a two part-negotiated basis, with fixed fee for design and management, being followed by a fixed negotiated lump sum to undertake the construction or fit-out works.

Of particular importance this year has been the emphasis on sophisticated IT and Main Equipment Computer Room design and implementation.
